Weekly Thursday evening classes. An opportunity to take your practice to the next level. The class is for those who are injury free or have been prescribed an advanced program. A fun, challenging class to put you out of your comfort zone, improve your fitness, endurance, balance, strength and mobility. This class is for improving functional performance for activities like swimming, cycling, running, dancing and skiing.
For all our classes please fill out the enquiry form via the website and suggest what you might like to participate in and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible on how to book. We like to chat to you first to determine suitability for classes. We do this to make sure classes are the right level for you.
