Weekly Classes (Term Time Only) - Beginners Pilates (APPI) Clinical Pilates Method, taught by Physiotherapist and Choreographer Rachel Canavan. These classes are for beginners who have been inducted to the APPI Pilates method and those who are free of injury. We target, strength, flexibility, endurance, functional movement patterns and everything to help you be the best you. In these classes we consider bone health and cardiovascular function, targeted strength training for promotion of health. These classes consider bone health for men and women.
If you are injured or rehabilitating we do have other Pilates programs that work at different levels with a slightly different focus on injury rehabilitation.
