this is copperdot

Where dance, health, arts and well-being are connected.

Copperdot is the professional space for creation, collaboration, artist development, research and professional practice in Norwich.

We live for and love what we do.

It’s a new beginning.

We are excited to be here and we look forward to engaging the community in our work.

Our shared practice is our love for movement. We are professional dancers, dance makes us who we are. Our expertise includes Physiotherapy, Pilates, Ballet, Contemporary Dance, Yoga and many more activities that optimise health, mobility and function.

We make work, create art, design performances, create films, photography and sound. We collaborate, work beyond our boundaries and continue to ask questions. We use current research to inform and challenge our practice.

We look forward to meeting you.

The Grief Project

The Grief Project delves into the physical, mental and emotional states we may find ourselves in when faced with grief, loss or bereavement.

Interweaving honest and intimate stories of grief through spoken word and movement, The Grief Project opens conversations about the many reasons we may experience this often grief.

The Grief Project was commissioned by Norwich Theatre, as part of Creative Matters - Loss and Grief, supported by Rosedale Funeral Home. Supported by Arts Council England, DanceEast, Norwich Arts Centre and Copperdot studio.
